How do I know if EasiMount is compatible with my cupboard/shelf?

Our products are easy to install and remove. Each product has installation instructions included. No drilling / glue or adhesive is required.

EasiMount is a universal product optimised for use with standard shelf width 15mm however can also be used with shelves ranging from 15mm to 20mm. A spacer is included for added compatibility.

However, if you encounter any issues, we encourage you to contact us and send us photos so we can assist you.

What is your return policy?

Return any of our products within 30 days of purchase.

What is your policy for change of mind?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have up to 30 days of the original purchase to do so.

All products must be returned unused and in a resalable condition, packed in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product.

Who do you ship with?

We generally use Australia Post to ensure safe tracking and delivery of your order within Australia. We provide Australia Post/EMS and DHL International Express as options for international orders.

What are the delivery/freight charges?

All products include free shipping.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Afterpay (available only in Australia)

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

All of our products go through strict quality assurance checks but sometimes, things might fall through the cracks. Rest assured, our products are covered with a one-year warranty.

If you have any issues with our products, just send us an image/video of the product with a detailed explanation of the issue to info@easiluxe.com.au and we will do our best to help you out as soon as we can. Please include your order number/proof of purchase in your email too.

Can I change or cancel my order?
